LUKE 5:27-31: WHAT FOLLOWING JESUS MEANS

Uncle Karaker sang it, and it was a bit of a hit.

Jesus said it, and it has not been as well-received.

Uncle Kraker said “Follow me, and everything will be all right.”

Jesus said it, and promised the exact opposite, at least physically.

It spoke of things like carrying your cross and dying like me.

In human things, it might actually not be all right.

But he still wants us to do it.

What does it mean to follow Jesus?

 Jesus asked that question often and got various responses.
